Elisabeth Belliveau
Elisabeth was born in Nova Scotia, trained to become a mediocre figure skater and then completed a BFA in sculpture at the Alberta College of Art and Design. In the following years she exhibited her work across Canada and travelled, attending artist residencies at the Banff Centre- KIAC in the Yukon, and the Confederation Centre in P.E.I. Currently living in Montreal she makes animations in her apartment and is learning to tattoo. Elisabeth’s drawings and writings have recently been compiled and published by Conundrum Press as her first book – ” something to pet the cat about”.
Upcoming projects : masters degree in studio arts in the fall – and the Strutts residency program in New Brunswick.
